WELCOME TO ELEMENT!
We know how hard it can be to step into any community of people, especially a church, for the first time. We want to help make sure your first experience at Element is a great one! Let us know you’re coming by clicking the button below!
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST VISIT?
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by smiling faces ready to direct you exactly where you need to be. If you have children, our eFamilies team will be at their kiosk ready to check them into their classes. One thing’s for sure…our coffee station will be warm and ready for you!
Each service starts with a time of music and announcements. You’ll then hear a message from one of our pastors, typically our Lead Pastor, Aaron Carlberg. After the message, we will close with more music; this allows for time/space to reflect on the message and for us to offer prayers and worship to Christ. Each service, we also offer an opportunity to participate in communion, a special remembrance of Jesus’ life, sacrificial death, and resurrection on our behalf. We do not pass an offering plate, but have offering boxes/online giving available for those who feel led to give. Many people linger after service to talk, connect, and/or ask questions.
We also have a lounge across from our main sanctuary for families that would prefer to keep young children with them during service. This is also where we have a prayer team available during service for those who would like someone to pray for them.
Element services are casual and relaxed. Don’t feel like you need to be anyone but yourself. Our hope is you feel welcomed as our guest.
SPEAKING OF KIDS…
Learning about who Jesus is and what He has done for us should be full of love and FUN for our kids! That is what we strive for each week in our eFamilies classrooms. Through learning a lesson, developing an understanding of who God is, and learning how to pass it on, our hope is that Element kids learn to “Know, Show, and Grow”. Safety of our kids is always a priority. Every eFamilies volunteer has completed a background check and been fingerprinted, and we have a detailed check-in/check-out process to enhance security. Because of this process, you’ll want to allow yourself an extra 10 minutes to get signed in the first time.

If you are new or newer to Element, we want to invite you to our monthly Meet & Greet. On the last Sunday of each month, we will host a Meet & Greet in our lounge (across from the double doors of the main sanctuary!) after each service. We typically have at least one elder, a representative from our eFamilies team, and another staff member available to help introduce you to who Element is, why we do some of the things we do, and how you can become better connected.
*If you have kids in one of our classrooms, please feel free to pick them up before coming…we’d love to meet them too!
