Our Mission
Element Therapy + Care is an integrative, faith-based counseling center launching in September 2025. After seeing a need in the community for accessible, trauma-informed mental health care, Element Christian Church moved to provide a solution. We exist to come alongside the broken and hurting, offering a safe, compassionate space to all—regardless of background or beliefs. We believe there is a powerful intersection between the science of psychology—and what it reveals about human behavior—and the spiritual reality of our existence. While we are affiliated with Element Christian Church and profess belief in the historic Christian faith, our therapy is respectful of each client’s cultural/spiritual background and individually tailored to clients’ needs. Our session fees are intentionally set below market-level, and sliding scale is provided on a case-by-case basis.

Our Fees
$90 per 50 minute session
(If we mutually agree that a longer session is appropriate for your needs/service, we will discuss the fee accordingly.)
Free Phone Consultation: For those interested in therapy services, we offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. This is an opportunity to assess whether you are a good fit, and/or offer additional resources. This is a great opportunity for potential clients to ask questions about what to expect.
In an effort to make services accessible, we provide sliding scale to those in need on a limited basis. Please feel free to discuss this with us if this is the case.
As a community-based counseling center, we are not paneled with any insurance networks. All major credit cards, HSA, cash, and checks are accepted as payment. We believe the benefits of working outside insurance paneling are significant, allowing for focus on treatment, less restraints on clinical judgment, and greater patient privacy.
If you would like to submit a claim for out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance, we are happy to provide you with a superbill.
